The French Room -- The crown jewel of the The Adolphus Hotel. From the moment you arrive you know you're in for a rare treat. A room filled with graceful murals across the arched 18-foot ceilings. Hand-blown crystal chandeliers and gilt sconces bathe the room in a warm glow. Under Chef Koval's guidance, The French Room was named one of America's "Top Tables" by Gourmet Magazine for the third consecutive year.

  

Dallas Special Events Venues

South Fork Ranch -- Experience television history and Texas hospitality at Southfork, the world's most famous ranch! Internationally recognized as the filming location for the long-running "Dallas" series, Southfork operates today as both a tourist attraction and an event and conference center. After 12 million dollars of renovations and upgrades to the Ewing Mansion and Event Center, the facility now annually hosts more than 1300 events and attracts several hundred thousand visitors each year. Located just twenty miles north of downtown Dallas, Southfork is open daily.

Dallas Museum of Art -- The museum's spacious galleries feature an outstanding permanent collection of art spanning from Pre-Columbian and European to the Modern eras. Three major areas can be utilized for special events. Capacity ranges from 50 - 4,000.

Coyote Grill -- The Coyote Grill is something to know about in North Scottsdale. Coyote Grill brings you the true Southwestern food of award- winning Chef Farn Boggie. Farn is known throughout the Southwest for his exciting mixture of flavors and spices that bring out the best in food. Try the Spicy Habanero Sea Scallops as an appetizer or the delicious Spicy Chicken Mole dinner. For those who like seafood try the Rock Lobster Tails in Puff Pastry in an Ancho Chili Sauce.

Boudro’s -- Boudro's is nestled on the banks of the San Antonio Riverwalk in the historic Schultze/Rilling Building. This turn-of-the-century structure was constructed of limestone and features traditional hardwood floors and a handmade mesquite bar. Intimate outdoor tables line the Riverwalk.

   
Casa Rio -- San Antonio-style Mexican food served on the banks of the Riverwalk since 1946. Dinner boat parties and banquet facilities available.
   

San Antonio Special Events Venues

Witte Museum -- San Antonio's premier museum, the Witte, features history and science exhibits, major national traveling exhibits, family events, live gallery theater, and overnight camp-ins for children. Highlights include Texas dinosaurs, an Egyptian exhibit and mummy, and historic homes from San Antonio on the grounds.

     
Arneson River Theatre -- Perfect for a dance or musical performance, the Arneson River Theatre can seat 800 people on the south side of the San Antonio River while the audience watches the performance on the stage across the river. The outdoor theatre is a unique way to stage a performance event.
   
San Antonio Museum of Art -- A castle-like building housing a collection ranging from ancient art to Mexican folk art. Elegant setting for indoor and outdoor themes.
